Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicative and start once your order has been dispatched:

Outside the European Union: 3–10 business days, depending on destination and local customs procedures

Delivery Options for Other Countries
We ship to Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the Channel Islands.
Shipping costs for these destinations are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Customs Duties & Taxes (Non‑EU Orders)
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees may apply. These charges are:

If a parcel is refused or not collected due to customs charges, the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any handling or customs fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Policy
Easy & Hassle‑Free Returns (EU Customers)
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 calendar days from the day of delivery.
How to Return an Item

Complete the return form included in your package

Print the prepaid return label and attach it to your parcel

Pack the item securely in the original box

Drop off your parcel at a UPS Access Point™ and keep the tracking receipt
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached

Returns cannot be accepted if items have been used or original tags removed

Refunds are processed within 14 working days after receipt of the return

We do not offer exchanges; please place a new order if you wish to purchase another item
Free Returns (Selected EU Countries)
Free returns via UPS are available for customers in: Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, and France (mainland).
Returns from Other Countries (Including Non‑EU)
For returns from countries outside the free-return zone:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees are non‑refundable and must be paid by the customer
If a parcel is refused, uncollected, or returned due to customs charges, Hedgren reserves the right to deduct all associated shipping and handling costs from the refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
Please note: Once the original tags have been removed, we cannot accept the item for return or exchange.
