Returns

We want you to enjoy your new item(s). If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to send it back to us and we’ll refund you for the purchase price.

• You can return your order FREE OF CHARGE if you are a resident of Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Denmark or France.
• Returns coming from outside the above mentioned countries are on the customer’s expense. These expenses include transport, customs fees and any other applicable costs related to the return. 

Things to keep in mind

• You have the right to return the purchase within 14 days of delivery of the product in question.
• Inside your package you will find a return form. Follow the procedure, print the label and attach it to the parcel. 
• Ensure your return is adequately packaged in the box or plastic bag that it was sent to you in. Use the extra adhesive strip from the original plastic bag to reseal the package.
• Any items which are used or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded.
• Your refund will be processed within 21 days from the moment we have received the returned item(s).
• Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise to return your order and place a new one.
• Opened perfume packages will not be accepted for return.
