Contest rules of "Hedgren BUY A BAG & WIN A KAYAK"

 

ARTICLE 1

 

The company HEDGREN CREATIONS NV, with registered office at Ankerrui 2, 2000 Antwerp, VAT BE0880202348 organizes a contest 1 to 30 April 2023.

This contest is submitted to a purchase obligation.

Each participant agrees, by participating in this contest, to provide HEDGREN CREATIONS NV the information necessary for its participation.

 

ARTICLE 2

 

The contest is open to all adult people residing in European territory, with the exception of HEDGREN CREATIONS NV employees, demo personnel, moral and physical persons involved in the organization of the contest, and all family members (spouse and children) of these excluded categories.

Participation in the contest implies a loyal attitude and full acceptance of these rules and any amendments.

Any participation that does not meet the characteristics set forth in these contest rules will not be considered.

 

ARTICLE 3

 

To enter the "BUY A BAG WIN A KAYAK" contest, participants must make a purchase of a bag from the Commute collection between April 1 and April 30, 2023.

Participants will receive a unique code from the staff of the respective store or through their online order upon receipt of their proof of purchase of a bag from the Lineo collection. This will contain a QR code that will send them to Hedgren's landing page where they can enter their unique code.

 

ARTICLE 4

 

The following prizes are to be won during the contest period:

From all participants that have purchased a bag from the Lineo collection, a winner will be chosen anonymously. This person will win a personalized Onak kayak.

The prizes offered to the winners cannot be exchanged for other products or their cash values.

 

ARTICLE 5

 

No personal data will be stored or kept during this contest. Participants' contact information will only be used to select a winner.

The identity of the participant will be determined based on the data communicated by the participant. The organizers cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete identification of the data communicated by the participant.

 

ARTICLE 6

 

Participants accept that their data (name, first name, email address) will be stored electronically solely for the purpose of the competition.

The data collected will not be used by parties other than HEDGREN CREATIONS NV.

 

ARTICLE 7

 

The organizers disclaim all responsibility in the event of modification or cancellation and reserve the right to modify the operation or its course. They cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond their control, the contest should be interrupted, postponed or canceled. The organizers of the contest reserve the right to provide prizes of equal value if, for exceptional reasons, the announced prizes are no longer available.

 

ARTICLE 8

Participation in the contest implies unconditional acceptance of these rules. No contests to these rules will be taken into account.

 

ARTICLE 9

 

With the exception of these rules, no information will be exchanged concerning this contest, either written or by telephone.

 

ARTICLE 10

 

HEDGREN CREATIONS N.V. reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints regarding this contest. Its decisions in this regard will be irrevocable and without appeal.

 

ARTICLE 11

 

The complaints relative to the current contest must be sent by mail within 15 working days following the end of the contest, at the head office of HEDGREN CREATIONS N.V. to the following address: Ankerrui 2, 2000 Antwerp. Under no circumstances can complaints be transmitted orally or by phone or e-mail. Complaints not in written form or expressed after the above mentioned period will not be processed.

 

ARTICLE 12

 

The data of personal nature provided by participants during their participation in this contest (as name and first name) will be stored in the file of HEDGREN CREATIONS NV. This data will be used exclusively in the framework of the contest, will not be disseminated to third parties and will be used exclusively to respond to participants as effectively as possible in the framework of the current contest.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"), each participant has the right to transparency, the right to be informed, the right to access his/her data, the right to object, the right to data portability, the right to modify, the right to rectify and the right to delete his/her personal data upon simple request to the Data Protection Officer of HEDGREN CREATIONS NV. Finally, each participant has the possibility to unsubscribe from the contest.

The GDPR established definitions apply to these contest rules.

 

ARTICLE 13

 

The present rules are exclusively administered and interpreted in accordance with the provisions of Belgian law. Any dispute regarding the validity, interpretation or implementation of the rules will be finally settled by the Courts and Tribunals of Brussels.
