Shipping policy

Delivery times are estimated at 3-5 business days within the European Union and 3-10 business days outside the European Union, depending on local customs procedures.

Delivery options for AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, France (MAINLAND), GERMANY, LUXEMBOURG & ThE NETHERLANDS

Standard Home Delivery (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays)

Free standard home delivery for orders above 70€. A 5.90€ shipping cost is charged for orders under 70€. Standard shipping does not guarantee the date of arrival.

Collection from UPS Access Point™ (within 4 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays))

Picking up your ordered products at a UPS Access Point™ near you is free for orders over 70€. A 5.90€ shipping cost is charged for orders under 70€. You will be informed by email as soon as your package arrives and it will be available for collection at the Access Point for up to 14 days. We cannot guarantee a specific date of arrival.

 

Delivery options for OTHER COUNTRIES:

Deliveries to residential addresses in Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and also the Channel Islands are subject to an actual calculated transport cost which is shown in the shipping method section of the checkout process.

Please note that we have no control over custom matters/import duties. Delivery to countries outside the European Union might involve additional custom costs.

 

Delivery Restrictions

Deliveries are not made to PO Box addresses (including APO/FPO addresses).

We deliver from Monday till Friday, except Bank Holidays.


 

RETURNS POLICY

Easy & Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 calendar days from the day it was delivered.

How to return:

  1. You’ll find a return form in your package.
  2. Follow the instructions, print your prepaid label, and attach it to your parcel.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original box it came in.
  4. Bring your parcel to your nearest UPS Access Point™. You will receive a receipt with a tracking number — please keep this until your refund is processed.

Important to know:

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and have all original tags attached.
  • We can’t refund items that have been used or had their tags removed.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive your return.
  • We do not offer exchanges — simply return your item and place a new order.

Free returns

If you live in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, or France (mainland), returns are free with UPS.

Returns from other countries

If you are returning from outside these countries, return costs (including shipping, customs duties, and related fees) are at your expense.

Please note: Once the packaging has been opened, we cannot accept the item for return or exchange.
